Who founded HireTrainVA?

HireTrainVA was founded by Valentina Brega, who immigrated to the United States in 2018 with $400, no credit history, and a one-year-old daughter in her arms. She built her career from a work-from-home role at a real estate company — where her lead-management work generated multiple seven figures — into a speaker on national stages and the founder of a company that now recruits, trains, and manages virtual assistants for busy entrepreneurs. The company is built on what she learned doing the work herself: talent is everywhere, but reliable talent has to be found, trained, and supported.

The founder's journey
